Description
Manganese 13 (Mn13) mesh belt is a highly wear-resistant metal mesh belt commonly used in shot blasting machine mesh belts. Due to its excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, it is particularly suitable for high-intensity shot blasting cleaning scenarios. The following is a detailed introduction to manganese 13 mesh belt:
Material: Manganese 13 (Mn13) is a high manganese steel with a chemical composition of about 11%~14% manganese, which has extremely strong work hardening. When impacted by high-speed steel shots, the surface will become harder and harder (hardness can reach above HBW500), while the inside remains tough.
Wear resistance: It has a lifespan 3~5 times longer than ordinary 65Mn steel mesh belts and is suitable for long-term continuous operation. It is especially suitable for cleaning heavy or high-hardness workpieces such as castings, forgings, and steel plates.
Impact resistance: It can withstand repeated impacts of steel shots and is not easy to break or deform.
